The product
PremiumHairstyles AI provides a personalized digital hairstyle visualization service. You complete a style consultation, upload a portrait, verify your email and place a one-time order. After confirmed payment, we prepare personalized hairstyle visualizations based on your submitted portrait and preferences and deliver them to your verified email within 72 hours. The current service is not sold as instant generation.
Price and billing
The current standard offer is $14.99 USD as a one-time purchase with no subscription or automatic renewal. The Paddle checkout is authoritative for the final amount, currency, applicable taxes and transaction details shown before you confirm payment.
Paddle as Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle processes the payment transaction, issues buyer transaction communications and handles the buyer-facing payment/refund process under Paddle's buyer terms and refund policy. PremiumHairstyles AI remains responsible for providing the personalized digital service described on our Product Details page.
Your order information
You are responsible for providing an email address you can access, accurate style preferences and a usable portrait. You must verify your email before checkout. We may contact you at that verified address about delivery or order-specific issues.
Your portrait
You confirm that you have the right and authority to upload and process the portrait you submit. Do not upload another person's portrait without appropriate permission, or content that is unlawful, harmful or infringes another person's rights.
Delivery
For a verified paid order, we aim to deliver the personalized hairstyle results to the verified email within 72 hours. If information or a usable image is missing, we may contact you for clarification. A client-side success screen alone does not prove payment; payment is accepted by PremiumHairstyles AI only after server-side confirmation from Paddle.
Visualization limitations
Results are visual planning material for hairstyle inspiration. They are not a medical, biometric or professional salon assessment and do not guarantee an identical real-world result. Hair condition, texture, dye history, lighting, stylist technique and other factors can affect actual outcomes.
License and acceptable use
A completed purchase gives you a personal license to use your delivered results for personal hairstyle planning, including showing them to a stylist. The PremiumHairstyles AI software, brand, interface and original platform materials remain owned by or licensed to the operator. Prohibited uses and fuller license terms are set out on the License & Acceptable Use page.
Refunds and mandatory rights
Refund requests, withdrawal rights and payment disputes are handled in accordance with applicable law, our Refund Policy and Paddle's buyer/refund process. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
Service availability
We may maintain, change or improve the service and its infrastructure. If a paid order cannot be delivered as described because of a technical or operational failure, contact support so we can investigate, re-perform the service where reasonable, or coordinate an appropriate remedy through Paddle.
Acceptable use
You may not attack, scrape, reverse engineer restricted parts of the service, bypass security, attempt unauthorized access, upload malware, impersonate another person, create fraudulent identity materials, infringe privacy/publicity rights, or use the service for unlawful or deceptive activity.
