Paddle handles the transaction
Paddle is the Merchant of Record for purchases completed through Paddle Checkout. Refunds and payment reversals are processed by Paddle, not by PremiumHairstyles AI directly. Paddle's buyer terms, refund policy and applicable consumer law govern the final payment remedy.
If your order is not delivered
If a verified paid order is not delivered to your verified email within the stated 72-hour period, contact PremiumHairstyles AI support with the email used for the order and your transaction reference if available. We will investigate promptly and, where appropriate, complete the service, re-perform the service, or coordinate an appropriate refund/remedy through Paddle.
If there is a material product problem
If the delivered service is materially different from the product description or a persistent technical issue prevents you from receiving or using the delivered results, contact us first so we can attempt to resolve the issue. If it cannot reasonably be resolved, we will cooperate with Paddle's refund process and applicable consumer law.
Personalized digital results
PremiumHairstyles AI is a personalized digital service. A preference for a different hairstyle direction by itself does not automatically mean that the service is defective. However, this does not limit any mandatory rights you may have where a product is not as described, faulty or otherwise legally refundable.
Duplicate or incorrect charges
If you believe you were charged twice or charged an incorrect amount, contact us and/or use the support options shown in your Paddle receipt. Never email full payment-card numbers or security codes.
How to request a refund
Start by emailing support@example.com with the purchase email and order reference. You may also use the buyer-support/refund links provided by Paddle in your transaction receipt. Paddle makes the final payment refund to the original payment method where applicable.
Mandatory consumer rights
Nothing in this policy removes withdrawal, refund or consumer-protection rights that apply in your jurisdiction. Where local law provides stronger rights, those rights take priority.
