Subject to these terms and applicable law, PremiumHairstyles AI grants the paying customer a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to save, view, print and show the delivered hairstyle visualizations to a stylist for personal hairstyle planning and inspiration.
Your portrait and rights
You keep the rights you already have in the portrait you upload. You represent that you are authorized to upload and process that portrait for the requested service. Do not upload another person's portrait without appropriate permission or legal authority.
Platform content
The PremiumHairstyles AI brand, website design, software, interface, workflows, written content and original product materials remain owned by or licensed to the service operator. Purchasing a hairstyle collection does not transfer ownership of the PremiumHairstyles AI platform, source code, trademarks or brand assets.
Prohibited uses
You may not use PremiumHairstyles AI to impersonate another person, create fraudulent identity materials, violate privacy or publicity rights, harass or exploit another person, upload unlawful content, distribute malware, bypass access controls, scrape or overload the service, reverse engineer restricted parts of the service, or resell unauthorized access to the platform.
No exclusivity or professional guarantee
Hairstyle directions are visual planning material. Similar styles, cuts and color concepts may be recommended to other customers. No visualization is a promise that a salon can reproduce an identical result or that a particular cut, dye or treatment is suitable for a specific person's hair condition.
Third-party services
Payment processing and certain infrastructure services are provided by third parties under their own terms. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for transactions completed through Paddle Checkout. Nothing in this license limits mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.
Termination
We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these terms, prevent fraud or comply with law. A suspension does not remove rights that cannot legally be waived and does not change any valid refund rights.
